Join Us for Our Inaugural Women's Open Mat We’d love to invite you to the very first Women’s Open Mat at the Empower Grappling Collective. This marks the start of our journey together—a space for women to train, connect, and grow in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  Whether you’re new to the mats or have been training for years, this is a great opportunity to meet others, roll together, and support one another. Both gi and no-gi training are welcome, so feel free to come in whatever you’re comfortable with. We’re building a women's only community where everyone can learn at their own pace, with respect for seniority, but no hierarchy. This open mat is a perfect chance to experience that in action. We hope you can join us on the mats. Looking forward to meeting you and training together! We will be publishing our website soon, which will have full details of The Collective and what it's all about - you'll be notified once this happens.
