In improvisation, chaos is not an enemy: it is the spark that ignites unexpected stories. In this workshop, we will learn to embrace it, play with it, and transform it into unique narratives, using two tools: movement and music. About:
Day 1: Movement
MOVING WITH CHAOS
We will explore how chaos—that fertile disorder—becomes the best ally of creation. Through the body and movement dynamics, we will discover:
- Flexible narrative structures: how to organize the unpredictable?
- Organic stories born from gesture, rhythm, and physical action. Day 2: Music
THE BEAUTIFUL CREATIVE IMPULSE
Music is chaos transformed into harmony. In this session:
- We will improvise with sounds and emotions to bring characters and conflicts to life.
- We will learn to listen to our impulses and internal rhythm to see the stories.
By the end, you'll have discovered that chaos isn't something to fear, but rather the place where the magic of improvisation is born. Schedule: Sat July 5: Movement

XOSHIL ROSE
Xoshil is a Guatemalan actress and improviser who specializes in the art of creating in the moment. Her artistic journey has led her to collaborate with national and international companies such as La MaMa ETC (New York), Alquimia Escena (Guatemala) and Grupo Artístico Revoltijo (Honduras).
Xoshil has also brought her work to various festivals, such as:
🎭 National Theater Festival (Guatemala)
🎭 Antifaz Festival (Honduras)
🎭 FICCUA (Nicaragua)
🎭 TIMBO (Colombia)
🎭 The Trojan Women Project Festival (New York)
In addition to acting, she has facilitated improvisation workshops for youth and adults in Guatemala, Honduras, and Colombia, and is passionate about managing and producing shows that celebrate the magic of improvised theater.

Our TBC Course Structure Explained:
Our courses and classes have 2 defining numbers. The first number defines the level.
100 series - Introductory
200 series - Intermediate
300 series - Advanced
etc.
Then the 01, 02, 03 etc. defines the type of class.
101 Intro to Improv (building blocks) |102 Intro to Shortform |103 Intro to Longform For deep dive classes we place them into the level, and then the type.
This class is accessible to all, so it's in our 100 series, and will be in a longform style, 03.
This class is great for:
General audiences interested in theatrical improvisation, actors and actresses looking to try new things.
Pre-reqs:
- We recommend having taken a minimum of 101 (Intro to Improv), or have some background in theatre study.
- Ages 16+

Patnon sculptures under the cold stone folds, there are always tourists who look up and solidify into silhouettes. The cabinets were crowded than the exhibits, and in the celadon cracks in the East Asia hall, I caught a glimpse of my reflection like those wandering cultural relics, I didn&#39;t know the return date.

The Buckingham Palace Changing of the Guard ceremony is a symbolic royal cultural event in London. You should occupy a favorable position in advance. At the appointed time, the guards, wearing red uniforms and bearskin hats, enter the venue to the sound of the military band &quot;God Save the King&quot;. The old and new guards take over their posts. The scene is very shocking. A large number of tourists gather outside the iron gate, vying to witness the changing of the guard ceremony of the royal guard.

It was frozen for 40 minutes, and the money saved by booking online was fed to hot cocoa. When the glass cabin was lifted to half-empty, the soles of the feet were numb. The Thames River was twisted into a tinfoil belt at the foot. Big Ben was as small as a Lego block. The night view is really amazing, and the whole river is like fluorescent paint when the purple aura is lit. When the leg was soft, I looked back at the purple aperture that collapsed into a rag. I thought: It&#39;s worth it, but I have to buy a fast ticket next time I die.

Windsor Castle is a place worth punching in. Walk into the ancient castle to witness the history of the Royal British History. If you are tired, you can sit in the coffee shop in the castle. Aftertaste the luxurious buildings in the palace, wait after 3 pm. Take a few blockbusters when the light is good. You can also see the sentry changing in Windsor Castle.
