Since 2003, Impact Austin members have pooled their resources to create outsized impact in Central Texas. At this year’s Annual Meeting, we’ll cross the 
$9 million
 milestone in total grants awarded while announcing 
$294,000
 in new funding across our three focus areas. It’s the perfect night to see collective philanthropy in action—come be inspired!

Parking & Transportation
APL Garage (West Ave entrance)
 – park on P2; P1 opens to the public after 5 PM. Take the Cesar Chavez elevator to the 1st floor and follow signs to the Special Events Center.
Additional paid parking at Seaholm or City Hall (easy walk).

As an ordinary tourist, I thought the procedure to enter the Capitol Building was very complicated, but I didn&#39;t expect that I could enter and visit just by checking the bags I brought with me.
This building was built in 1885 and covers an area of ​​51 acres. It was designed by architect Elijah E Myer in imitation of the Capitol Building in Washington. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970 and was named a National Historic Landmark in 1986.
It is amazing that the passage of time has not affected its appearance and internal structure at all. It is as new as ever. Visitors can visit the government offices and have time to visit the exterior of the building to appreciate this century-old building from all angles.
