Immersive Jazz Master Class Come join us for an unforgettable experience at the Immersive Jazz Master Class! You'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the best jazz musicians in the industry. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this master class is designed to help you take your jazz skills to the next level. Don't miss out on this unique chance to immerse yourself in the world of jazz music. PARTICIPATING STUDENTS: Round 1: Four (4) student sessions last 20-25 minutes each. Students perform a tune and are given live feedback from the teachers. They're invited to try a few different variations with live accompaniment. Round 2: Participating students can perform a second selection with no feedback, just for fun at no extra charge. OPEN MIC Other participants can perform one piece with the band with no feedback. We're thrilled to be welcoming Professor Yves Laroche (piano/bass) and Professor Jack Hui Litster (drums), both from Carleton University as our teachers for the evening. Light refreshments will be provided.
