It’s time to gather your crew, get inspired, and bring your creativity to life!
Join us for an evening where creativity kicks off and the design community comes together to unveil this year’s official Threads theme! Whether you’re stepping onto the Threads stage for the first time or returning to defend your title, this is your moment to let imagination lead the way. Up to 12 teams and sponsors will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
If based in Nashville, please have at least one team member in attendance, although all team members are invited! This event will be live-streamed for our other city centers.
Team Registration Details:
Teams will design and construct a couture garment composed of materials provided by their Rep Team Sponsor (examples: carpet, wood, glass, textiles, hardware from furniture, lighting, and more).
Each team can have up to 5 members of your choice. Your team can be made up of interior designers and architects from different design firms or all from the same firm.
At least one teammate must be an IIDA Member to participate.
During the Reveal Party, teams will be matched with their Rep Team Sponsor. Teams will also receive a detailed list of Rules of Engagement for garment construction at that time.
Each team will be assigned a sub-theme connected to the main Threads theme, also unveiled at the Reveal Party.
Performances and models will be professionally photographed and recorded, with all media featured on the IIDA Tennessee website following the event.
Rep Team Sponsor Details:
Team Sponsors must be manufacturer’s representatives.
Dealers are encouraged to participate by joining a design team
Each Rep Team Sponsor provides the materials their partnered Design Team will use to create the final couture garment.
Rep Teams may consist of up to two representatives from the same company.

Grab a ticket and we’ll pair you with a team! It’s a great way to get involved, meet industry professionals, and join the creative fun.
Once team or rep registration is complete, you will receive a form to provide your territory and team member names. Registering for a team does not include a ticket for the Reveal Party. Be sure to claim tickets for both the team registration and the Reveal Party to fully participate!

[Scenery] Even if you are not a huge country music fan, you can still be attracted by the entertainment factor of this place. I especially like the format of the performances here, as well as the number and range of movements. The entire performance will be broadcast live on the radio. The atmosphere is good, relaxed, friendly, and classic American music can also be heard. There is a small drawback, that is, the price of drinks is too high. If the price is reasonable, I believe more will be sold.
