SYNOPSIS
The EVA Conferences have always created a space for people using, or interested in, the new technologies in the arts, and to share their experiences, and network in a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.
EVA London’s focus is on the development and application of visualisation technologies to various domains, including art, music, dance, theatre and the sciences.
For 2025, our 35th year, the annual conference will again be held in mid-July. We are delighted to further encourage the hybrid mode developed during the pandemic, since this continues to broaden our worldwide contacts among academics and researchers.
EVA London 2025 will feature some 60+ presentations and demos ‘In Person’ and ‘Online’ from this wider community of international authors.  There will aliso be some exciting Keynote Speakers and exciting free to register evening events.
In hybrid mode, with the BCS cutting edge technology, we can stream live and mix in-person and online speakers, sharing similar contacts and interests. Those unable to come to London themselves, will be able to interact, question and discuss ideas with all of our other attendees, in London and worldwide.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
EVA London conference tickets do not include the Authors' Fee. You must pay for an Author's Fee to secure publication of your paper.

Those registering for any 3 days or 5 days can get a free online link to their institution.
If attending only one or three days, please tick the box with which days you are attending, so we can arrange catering.
AUTHORS' PUBLICATION FEES
Authors' Fees do not include access to the conference. You must purchase an EVA London 2025 ticket to attend the conference.
All successful authors will have their papers uploaded and accessible on the prestigious ‘Science-Open Academic Website’ in accordance with their fee structure.
The fees also include a bespoke YouTube upload of your EVA London Presentation.
Full-Colour Conference ‘Hardcopy Proceedings’ books can be pre-ordered to pick up from Moorgate (£44) during the conference or posted worldwide (£88), if you cannot attend.
The hardcopy version ensures that your research will be carefully archived and available for future scholars for many decades into the future.
Note that we have kept all EVA Fees the same as 2024, in these difficult economic times.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

Revisiting the Natural History Museum in London
The Natural History Museum in London, formerly the Natural History Department of the British Museum, officially became independent in 1963.
Climbing the magnificent spiral staircase, the mineral exhibition area on the right side of the second floor resembles a subterranean palace. Among the over 5,000 mineral specimens, the most stunning is the 3-meter-high amethyst wall&mdash;a perfectly cut amethyst cave from Brazil, shimmering with a dreamy purple glow under the light.
Here, nature is the greatest artist:
1️⃣ The legendary Hope Blue Diamond (replica), this 45.52-carat blue diamond carries a cursed legend.
2️⃣ The 563-carat &quot;Princess of Brazil&quot; topaz, like a beam of frozen sunlight.
3️⃣ The pigeon&#39;s blood rubies from Burma, each one a frozen flame.
Most magical are the fluorescent mineral displays: the stones, gray under ordinary light, suddenly burst into neon colors under ultraviolet light!
The meteorite exhibition hall houses the world&#39;s most complete collection of meteorite specimens. The most precious of these is the 4.5-ton Bakubiri meteorite, discovered in Namibia, Africa in 1902. Local tribes used it to forge spearheads. Touching these rocks from outer space allows you to feel the mysterious pulse of the universe.
-Don&#39;t forget to look up at the ceiling during your visit; the intricately carved botanical patterns are also part of the exhibits.
- Free guided tours are often offered on weekend afternoons; check the official website for specific times.
- From crystal palaces deep within the Earth to stardust gifts from the vast universe, this museum offers a glimpse into nature&#39;s most extravagant treasures. Here, every stone tells the story of Earth&#39;s 4.6 billion years.

Hyde Park was a delightful afternoon, the sun shining brightly, the lake clear, and the few visitors. The park itself is quite large, boasting a historic palace, white swans soaring in pairs, tourists leisurely basking in the sun, and adorable squirrels. The park has a natural feel, lacking any overt themes, simply offering a place to relax and experience nature. Once Britain&#39;s most renowned and largest royal park, it witnessed both the extravagance of the royal family and the progress of social civilization and the transformations of freedom and democracy. A spring visit should also offer a variety of flowers and plants.
