Welcome to the annual Howat-Nation Quartet Contest! The Contest commemorates the contributions of two stalwarts of the Wellington barbershop community: Malcolm Howat and Les Nation. It is an open quartet contest for everyone, perfect for those who haven't competed before but also a must-attend event for seasoned quartets. The line-up boasts groups from all over NZ! Proceeds of this years event will go towards helping local barbershop chorus Pacific Connection make their way to the prestigious 2025 International Barbershop Convention in Denver. Treat yourself to a night of beautiful harmonies and music, all while supporting NZ representation on the International Stage.
