Harris, a renowned NT-based artist, considers Muhammad Ali as one of the key catalysts for the racial and cultural transformation that occurred in the United States during the 1960s. Ali's impact extended far beyond his success as a boxing champion, making him a humanitarian and a symbol of hope for millions. Through Brown Butterfly, Harris takes the audience on a multi-layered and percussive journey, showcasing the power and influence of Ali in a complex social and political environment.
