Please note our refund policy: In the unlikely event that Arrow Creative cancels the class, participants will have the option of receiving a full refund or a coupon code equivalent to the class cost, redeemable towards another class. If a participant is unable to attend, a 24-hour notice is required for a refund or coupon code eligibility. Failure to provide notice or a no-show will result in no refund. With a 48-hour notice, participants must cover the cost of class supplies but can use the remaining amount as a coupon code towards another class. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, a coupon code for the full amount will be provided for future class enrollment at Arrow Creative.
