Teams should have at least 2 member of opposite sex on their team.W﻿e will have 4 playing areas (Hamilton Ave North - south of Armstrong, Hamilton Ave North, North of Armstrong, Armstrong - West of Hamilton North, Armstrong - East of Hamilton North). Please be mindful of parked cars and buildings.G﻿ames are sefl-refeered.G﻿ames are 30 minutes with two 14 minute-halfs and a 2 minute break.T﻿ie-games are determined by shoot-out. 2 shooters per team.G﻿oalies need to wear face-masks. All other protective equipment is optional but recommended. All equipment is bring your own. W﻿e will supply the balls/nets for the games.A﻿fter a goal the ball is given to the other team at centre. N﻿o off-sides. Penalties/infractions are to give other team the ball. Throwing stick is automatic penalty.H﻿ave fun!
