Join our monthly conditioning class, SWEAT, with coach Mike Stevens.
What is it? Each month, we meet for a 45-minute group workout at VRTUS Bondi Road, Bondi from 9:00 am, followed by a cafe catch-up. Every session is designed through progressive overload, combining erg work and functional movements to create a fun, challenging workout. State-of-the-art equipment, training methods and techniques, with a tested and proven training method. Shower and changing facilities are available. Move Club is a rotating schedule of various fitness modalities to give you a happy body.
Who's it for? Suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome and encouraged. We're gay-friendly (and encouraged) but not exclusive. Our community is inclusive and open to everyone. If you're looking for more friends (gay or otherwise), things to do, and don't vibe with scene-based/LGBTQ+ specific environments, this is for you.
Who is Mike Stevens? Personal Trainer and Coach for 5 years, Mike keeps the energy high with the best DJs, making each session both fun and motivating. With infectious enthusiasm and a motivational approach to training and coaching, Mike is devoted to delivering a well-rounded experience, empowering both groups and individuals to become the best versions of themselves.

Although Australia is surrounded by the sea and has beaches everywhere, there are actually not many beaches that are truly safe and suitable for swimming. Because there are all kinds of deadly animals in the Australian sea, such as the most terrifying sharks, and crocodiles in the Northern Territory, but the most common is jellyfish, which may not kill you all at once, but if you are stung by a jellyfish, it is not a good thing, and it can be fatal in serious cases. In addition to all kinds of deadly animals in the water, there is also the sea itself. There are undercurrents in many places. You can&#39;t see them on the surface, but there are actually huge pits under the water. Once you are accidentally caught in the undercurrent, you really can&#39;t be saved. Because of the above reasons, many beaches in Australia have voluntary lifeguards. They will put up green flags in places they think are safe. If it is a red flag, it means that this place is not suitable for swimming today. But what if someone insists on swimming? So the locals invented seawater swimming pools. Build swimming pools in the sea and lead seawater into the pool, so that swimming is relatively safe.
