Back from a wee break from hosting these special dances, with this one we will be celebrating the Sun shimmering in front of lionhearted Leo, we will be bringing a host of wholesome elements to ensure a dancefloor that embraces!
&gt;Tunes to encourage aliveness, expression and some moments of nurture and relaxation.
&gt;Warm tea on tap & Alchemical Elixir that will expand the heart and move the magic of the moment into every vein and vessel. &gt;Decadent decor to bring delightful ambiance to our dance floor dreaming.
&gt;An altar to anchor us in openheartedness.
&gt;Meditations and maybe a special guest to bring us in and out of the dance in a well rounded way.
&gt;Hearty, warm food to help us ground and replenish.
Our Free Flow Dances are essentially ‘Ecstatic’ Dances, though we encourage and facilitate for all forms of expression, from the most gentle forms of introspective swaying to the most raucous and extroverted jiving and bopping. It is a journey of expression and freedom that we hope you will join us on.
