Through stories that delve into life choices, changing relationships, power imbalances, and the isolation of care, Hurlstone offers a unique perspective on these issues. Despite the serious nature of the topics, each story is told with a comedic lens, making them both informative and entertaining. The event will be led by Nigel Hurlstone, along with Helen Rees Leahy and Steve Doherty. It will provide an opportunity to hear some of the depicted stories and discuss how 'craft' and the 'art of making' can be integrated into health and social care planning. The goal is to prompt a debate on securing outcomes when projects end and explore how the Health and Social Care sectors can utilize the skills of artists and creatives to deliver solutions for health and wellbeing. Don't miss this chance to engage in a conversation that could have a real impact on the future of healthcare. The event will conclude with Tea and Coffee, providing a further opportunity to network.
