During the 45-minute goat yoga lesson, guests will have the opportunity to interact with the goats, pet them, and even hold them. To attend Halloween Goat Yoga, make sure to bring a closed water bottle, sunscreen, comfortable athletic wear, and a camera. Closed back shirts are recommended to protect against scratches from the goats' hooves. And don't forget to bring a hoodie, even if it's summer, as the weather can be unpredictable. Yoga mats are available for rent for $5.

Please note that refunds will only be honored more than 7 days prior to the event. Guests can reschedule their lesson time once, with a $5 transfer fee. If a guest fails to show up without notifying Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga, the ticket will be forfeited. Lessons may be cancelled due to capacity requirements or weather, in which case tickets will be transferred to a future lesson of the guest's choice.

Union Station is a building that shared together with Crawford Hotel. The building look very antique with many shops and restaurants for your shopping or meal before taking the train just behind the building. Really convenient.....👍👏💪

The State Government Plaza in Colorado, where Denver is located, is where you can visit the state government&#39;s golden-domed Capitol. Many state governments in the United States have areas open to tourists for free. You just need to go through security check at their specified time.

This Colorado State Government Capitol is the seat of the state legislature and the governor&#39;s office, and is also the office of the Senate and House of Representatives.

It is said that the golden roof of this capitol is made of pure gold to commemorate the gold rush in Colorado.

Walking in this state capitol, you can really feel that every step and every scene is particularly &quot;American&quot;, and you can see people or events related to Colorado&#39;s history wherever you look.

For a 24k pure tourist who is not so interested in American history, the magnificent European architectural style is the best for punching in.
