Group Breathwork with Peter Dueck
I'm so excited to invite you to this group breathwork session with me! This is a group (10-12 people) facilitated session with an active breathwork practice (similar to conscious connected breathwork).
This active breathwork brings movement and energy into the body inviting intuition, clarity and a reconnection to your innate wisdom. Breathwork is a powerful modality that supports flow between expanded states and deep rest, offering a euphoric feeling of both floating and groundedness.
I have been studying as a facilitator with 
Breathwork for Recovery
 and am six months away from completing the 1000 hour (2yr) breathwork certification program. I look forward to helping guide your experience and meeting you where you are. No experience necessary! I welcome you to reach out with any questions or accessibility needs.
Accessibility notes: This event is on the second floor. There is a ramp and elevator to the second floor, and the space is wheelchair accessible. This breathwork practice is able to be facilitated sitting up as long as your head is supported. Washrooms are gendered and folks are welcome to use whichever is best/least worse. Please reach out if you have any medical conditions to confirm that this practice is right for you.
You will be most comfortable if you bring: A yoga mat or blanket to lie on, and water. Some people also enjoy a blanket and pillow for under their knees.

Went here twice in the last two weeks, had lunch at Beachcomber, great salads, lots of choice. Renovated inside folks. The dining area is impressive. Always bustling, colorful, neat shops, pedestrian street outside make it a pleasant place to visit. An underground car park, hard to find parking. Also no free parking in the level car park, what?
