GPA Rookie Camp is an essential platform that connects, supports, and educates players who are transitioning into playing at the senior inter-county level. The highly anticipated Rookie Camp series for 2024 is finally here! This year, the Rookie camps will be one-day events held in four different locations across the country, one in each province. The first Rookie Camp, Day 1, will take place on December 9th, 2023, at the prestigious Crowne Plaza in Belfast. Following that, on January 13th, 2024, the second camp will be held at the iconic Pairc Ui Chaoimh in Cork. On January 19th, 2024, the Rookie Camp Day 3 will be hosted at the renowned Radisson Blu in Dublin Airport. Finally, on January 20th, 2024, the last camp will be held at the esteemed Sligo Park Hotel. 

Each camp will focus on a unique theme, providing valuable insights and knowledge. In Belfast, the theme will revolve around the importance of resilience and choosing optimism to shape your future. Moving on to Pairc Ui Chaoimh, the focus will shift towards developing smart money habits. Day 3 in Dublin will shed light on social media habits and traps to watch out for. Wrapping up the Rookie camps in Sligo, the emphasis will be on becoming more self-aware through the impact of journaling.

Aside from these informative sessions, the camp will also feature a player panel discussion that offers a glimpse into the challenges, opportunities, and experiences faced by fellow inter-county athletes during their rookie journey. Valuable advice and practices will be shared, allowing participants to apply them to their personal journeys.

Attendees can look forward to meeting fellow players who are successfully balancing their studies, work, and athletic careers. Expert speakers will share invaluable skills and tools that will help participants excel both on and off the pitch. The event will also introduce the bespoke BEO360 program and provide an opportunity to meet and greet with partners from various industries. Furthermore, attendees will have the chance to interact with GPA staff members and learn about the vast array of services available.

This attraction is really immersive and fun whilst being informative. Diving into the history of how the titanic right from the beginning the experience really gives you a clear idea on how people lived and worked back then. This tour is perfect for any age group and is a great way to spend a few outs of your day.

We were led by a big-bellied man, who took the middle staircase to the second floor. He asked us to introduce ourselves at the circular handrail in the middle. We were from all over the country, and most of us were foreigners. Then he led us to the parliament hall, which is where the parliamentarians usually hold meetings. There was a microphone at each seat. He then began to talk about the origin and function of this building, and spoke with great vigor. Everyone could sit anywhere, even the speaker&#39;s seat. After the introduction, he led us to visit other halls. The huge banquet hall was covered with thick and beautiful red carpet. I can&#39;t remember which hall was covered with blue carpet.

The walls are covered with various graffiti works, most of which are paintings expressing peace in Northern Ireland. Some of the graffiti works are very moving and worth appreciating.

The streets of Herceg Novi are a bit deserted, unlike the old town of Kotor, where large cruise ships dock every day, bringing a large number of elderly European groups. But because there are fewer people, you can stroll around slowly and discover more beauty.
