Mrs. Soejima will demonstrate this age-old technique, offering insights into how she creates the vibrant yet delicate designs characteristic of her work. She collaborates with her husband, who shapes each piece, and their son, who supports the family business. Together, this skilled family team carries forward their craft with dedication, operating a local kiln that has produced GOSU ceramics for generations. This exclusive event is a rare opportunity to witness the artistry of GOSU firsthand, led by a guest artist deeply committed to her heritage and craft.
