Hosted by the renowned Frisco Fresh Market, this exciting event invites participants to indulge in the unique practice of Goat Yoga in the beautiful city of Frisco, TX. Set in the picturesque surroundings, this outdoor event promises a delightful time as you engage in invigorating yoga poses while adorable goats graze and play around you. Please ensure you dress appropriately for the weather, as the event takes place outside.

Not only will you have an amazing time, but your participation in this class will also contribute directly to supporting animals and local non-profit initiatives. It's a win-win!

To make the most of your Goat Yoga experience, please keep a few things in mind. Enter the designated goat yoga area no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. After the class, there will be an opportunity for extra socializing and capturing memorable pictures with the goats. Remember to bring your own yoga mat (BYOM), as mats are not provided. However, large towels will be available for all attendees. Additionally, we offer complimentary bottled water, sunscreen, bug spray, and other essentials.

Be prepared for the goats' playful curiosity! They may nudge, scratch, nibble, jump, or even step on you, making the experience all the more enjoyable. Goat yoga is open to participants aged 5 and above (accompanied by a participating parent or guardian) and is meant to be a fun and unforgettable activity.

Before the class starts, everyone must check-in and sign a liability waiver. Masks are not required, as this is an outdoor fitness event. Each participant is responsible for maintaining their preferred social distancing from others.
