Please come dressed appropriately for the weather, as this event takes place outdoors. By participating in Goat Yoga, you are not only treating yourself to a rejuvenating yoga session, but also supporting local non-profit initiatives and benefiting animals in need. Proceeds from this class directly contribute to these worthy causes.

Before your scheduled class time, we kindly request that you do not enter the fenced-off goat yoga area. However, we have set aside time after class for socializing and capturing memorable pictures with our adorable goats. Please bring your own yoga mat (BYOM) as we do not provide mats, but we do offer large towels for your convenience. Additionally, we provide bottled water, sunscreen, bug spray, and other essentials to ensure your utmost comfort during the session.

Our goats are naturally curious and will likely interact with you during the practice. They may nudge, scratch, nibble, jump, or even step on attendees. It's all part of the fun and uniqueness of Goat Yoga! We welcome participants aged 5 and above, accompanied by a participating parent or guardian, to share in this delightful experience. Rest assured, there will be a sanitizing station and antibacterial wipes available for your convenience.

Prior to the start of the class, everyone will need to check in and sign a liability waiver. Masks are not required for this outdoor fitness event, and social distancing will be at the discretion of each participant. Our tribe of enthusiastic instructors looks forward to meeting you and creating a memorable Goat Yoga experience.
