Experience Goat Yoga in Fort Worth at the Heritage Sands Volleyball Courts. This unique event will take place on June 1, 2024. Participants can immerse themselves in the practice of yoga surrounded by playful goats grazing and interacting in a serene outdoor setting. Attendees are advised to arrive no more than 15 minutes before the scheduled class time to check in and sign a liability waiver.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, but large towels will be provided. Bottled water, sunscreen, and bug spray will also be available. Participants should be prepared for the goats' curious nature, as they may nudge, scratch, or jump on guests during the session. Children aged 5 and above are welcome with a participating parent or guardian.

Please note that all incidents or injuries must be reported before leaving the premises. No other animals are permitted, and children under 5 are not allowed in the goat yoga area. I think this cowboy village is pretty good. It&#39;s a crowded and lively place. Some buildings are very old, and some buildings look a bit like Mexican style. When I went there, I saw a cattle drive show, which was interesting. The cows were so cute, all with long horns, and their heads shook as they walked. Later, I went to the train station to watch a show. The cowboys&#39; gunfight was very interesting, and the gunshot scared me. Then there were many craft and painting shops, many bars along the street, and many places to consume. We bought a T-shirt with fort worth and Texas printed on it, but Made in China, haha, in short, it&#39;s pretty good! Worth a visit!
