Come and experience the invigorating Goat Yoga in Fort Worth at the Heritage Sands Volleyball Courts. This unique event, hosted by Heritage Life HOA, offers you the opportunity to practice yoga while our adorable tribe of pet goats roam and play around you. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the grassy knoll, this outdoor fitness experience promises to be fun and memorable. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled class time to ensure a smooth and organized event. After the class, there will be time for socializing and capturing memorable pictures with the goats. Remember to bring your own yoga mat, as we do not provide them. However, we will have large towels available for all attendees to use. Additionally, we offer complimentary bottled water, sunscreen, and bug spray for your comfort. During the class, expect our friendly goats to interact with you. They may nudge, scratch, nibble, jump, or even step on participants. Keep in mind that our goats are not potty trained, but we have provided sanitizing stations and antibacterial wipes for your convenience. To ensure a safe environment for everyone, please check in and sign our liability waiver before the class begins. Masks are not required, as this is an outdoor fitness event. Each participant is responsible for maintaining their preferred social distancing. We are excited to meet you and create lasting memories together.
