Join the exciting event, Goat Yoga @ Bedford Library, in Bedford, TX! Immerse yourself in a day filled with delightful activities, including food trucks, games, a craft swap, and a plant swap. While participating in GOGA, our friendly pet goats will happily graze and jump around you, adding an unforgettable touch to your yoga experience. The event will take place at the Bedford Public Library, during the Friends of the Library Picnic. After the yoga session, you can continue to enjoy the festivities, as there will be more fun activities available. Please come dressed appropriately for the weather, as the event will be held outdoors. Prior to your scheduled class time, we kindly ask that you refrain from entering the fenced-off goat yoga area. We have reserved time after the class for additional socializing and capturing memorable moments with the goats. Remember to bring your own yoga mat, as we do not provide them. However, we do offer large towels for all attendees to use, along with bottled water, sunscreen, and bug spray. Please be prepared for the goats' curiosity and playful behavior. Goat yoga is suitable for participants aged 5 and above, accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. As goats are not potty trained animals, we will provide a sanitizing station and antibacterial wipes for your convenience. To ensure a smooth process, everyone must check-in and sign our liability waiver before the class begins. Social distancing is the responsibility of each participant, allowing you to choose your preferred proximity to others.
