Analisia's expertise spans various yoga styles, from Vinyasa to Yin, ensuring a well-rounded and inclusive session. The flow will culminate with a soothing sound bath in savasana, using crystal sound bowls to create a safe and immersive environment for experiencing sound vibrations. Please note that sound healing can evoke intense emotions, and if it's not your preference, you're welcome to leave early or step out.
