Hosted in the vibrant city of Portland, Maine, this six-week course offers a fun and engaging experience where participants can develop their improvisational skills and discover the magic of spontaneous creation. Led by renowned instructor Adam Groppman, a graduate of Second City's LA Conservatory Program and seasoned performer in LA and San Francisco, these classes provide a platform for students to delve into emotional connection, character development, physicality, and much more. Each session features lively warm-up games and scene variations, helping students unlock their innate creativity and language knowledge. As a culmination of their hard work, participants have the opportunity to showcase their newfound talents in a grad improv show at a local Portland venue. So, whether you're a seasoned performer or a complete beginner, join us every Tuesday evening from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM for an unforgettable journey into the world of improv.
