Prior to the in-person training, participants must complete 7 hours of blended learning. On the first day, participants must demonstrate their swimming abilities by completing a 300-yard nonstop swim, 2 minutes of treading water, and a timed weight-retrieval drill. It is recommended to condition oneself before the class, especially if swimming is not a regular activity. The refund policy allows for a full refund up to 7 days before the start date.
