The evening begins with a Moon Ritual Tea Ceremony, a sacred practice to honor the moon's presence. Through Visualization Meditation, attendees will establish grounding and learn how to clear themselves. The workshop continues with a Slow Flow practice that focuses on breath and awareness, followed by a Yin Yoga journey that creates a space for reflection. Pranayama exercises and therapeutic-grade essential oils enhance the energetic cleanse and clarity throughout the experience.
