Through the spine—the river of liberation—you’ll release old energy, awaken freedom, and align with your true essence.
Each attendee will also receive a 
brand-new yoga mat + blanket
 as part of their ticket, making this experience both restorative and lasting.

What is Spinal Energetics? 
Spinal Energetics is a modality created by Dr Sarah Jane Perri. It works with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field to stir what’s held in the body and move it. Using light (and often no) touch, the body responds with natural movement and sound. It’s not choreographed. It’s not controlled. It’s a response to something deeper - and often, long overdue.
