Join the exciting FREE weekly skateboard coaching sessions for all ages 7 and above at the Brendon Lawrence Sports Centre in Nottingham. These high-quality sessions are designed to provide a thorough and safe introduction to skateboarding for beginners, while also helping experienced skaters progress further. Skilled coaches with extensive experience and DBS certificates will be there to guide and support participants throughout the sessions. 
Thanks to a generous donation from O3e, young skaters aged 7-15 who commit to attending the weekly sessions and complete the Edu-Skate program over the next 7 Saturdays will have a chance to receive a brand new skateboard setup as an early Christmas present. This is a fantastic opportunity for residents of Nottingham City to embrace skateboarding and develop important life skills. 
While anyone aged 7 and above is welcome to join, we are specifically targeting children and young adults residing in St Ann's, Sneinton, Mapperley, and Dale wards (Nottingham Area 6). Participants from these areas will receive priority when space is limited, thanks to the kind funding provided by an Area-Based Grant from Nottingham City Council and the Renewal Trust. 
To ensure everyone's safety, helmets and complete skateboards are available to borrow, with 24 sets available for use. However, participants with their own equipment are welcome to join without booking. It is essential for all participants to wear appropriate footwear, such as trainers, gym shoes, or plimsolls. Sandals, flip-flops, shoes with raised heels or wedges, and other open-toed shoes are not suitable. 
The sessions will take place every Saturday from 10:30 to 12:00, and registration will occur upon arrival. Parents or carers will be required to provide their contact details. The event is insured through Skate Nottingham's community group membership of Skateboard GB, the National Governing Body for skateboarding. There is no upper age limit, making adult beginners and families wanting to explore skateboarding together more than welcome. Nottingham University is much more famous than Nottingham&#39;s tourist attractions. Nottingham Castle is one of the few tourist spots. It is a castle, not a big house and a big manor on the hillside. If the owner lived in the year, it should be very comfortable. The house in the four-way house, surrounded by different hillsides and grasslands, will be very comfortable at home. The interior of the house has been changed to a museum and art gallery, so there are not many historical relics.
