As part of Redcliffe and Temple BID's series of well-being lunchtime events- you are invited to come along to our free 30 minute Tai Chi session, at the spectacular 6 O'Clock Gin at the Glassboat. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is often described as meditation in motion. Although Tai Chi is a martial art it is more widely practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. The many benefits of Tai Chi may include decreased stress, improved mood, increased energy, stamina, and flexibility. Redcliffe and Temple BID events are for the benefit of the local businesses and their employees.
