Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with fun, merriment, art, and community at the Framed Yarn Hearts event in Dallas. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to tap into your childlike wonder and relieve stress through the creation of art. No matter your age or experience level, everyone is welcome to participate.

During this workshop, you'll have the chance to paint a frame in your desired color and create a beautiful yarn heart to affix to it. If time allows, you can even make additional yarn hearts to create a stunning garland to take home. If you're feeling adventurous, feel free to bring any attachments to bling out your frame. We'll provide plenty of glue and all the necessary materials for this project.

Please keep in mind that painting can get messy, so it's advisable to wear clothes that you don't mind getting a little dirty. We'll have gloves and aprons available, but if you have your own apron, feel free to bring it along. Furthermore, please note that the class will be held upstairs and unfortunately, there is no access to an elevator.

The Sixth Floor Museum is located in downtown Dallas. It was built to commemorate the assassination of former US President Kennedy. It is called the &quot;Sixth Floor&quot; because the three bullets of the killer Lee Haney Oswald were fired from the sixth floor of this building, which was once a textbook warehouse.

John F. Kennedy Memorial Plaza

The monument is designed to be suspended from top to bottom and enclosed in four directions. There is only one piece of black marble on the floor of the monument, on which Kennedy&#39;s name is carved in gold. Philip Johnson, the designer of the monument, successfully conveyed his respect for the president: &quot;a place of quiet refuge, an enclosed place of thought and contemplation separated from the city around, but near the sky and earth.&quot;
