Covering a range of topics from safety to relaxation, basic physiology, and breathing techniques, attendees will benefit from technical lectures, practical pool sessions, and guidance on sub-aquatic relaxation strategies. By delving into these essential principles of freediving, participants will not only enhance their skills for freediving but also gain valuable knowledge that can be applied to activities like SCUBA diving and other sports. All necessary equipment will be provided, but attendees are welcome to bring their own fins and masks. The day will also include breaks for relaxation, yoga, and breathing exercises. A ride on the London Eye is a must-do experience when visiting the city. This giant Ferris wheel offers stunning, 360-degree views of London&rsquo;s most famous landmarks. As we slowly ascended in the spacious glass capsule, we were treated to unparalleled sights of the River Thames, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and even as far as St. Paul&rsquo;s Cathedral.The experience was smooth and relaxing, lasting around 30 minutes, giving us plenty of time to soak in the scenery and capture incredible photos. The staff were friendly, and the boarding process was efficient, making the entire experience seamless. For an extra special treat, we opted for a sunset ride, which provided magical views of London illuminated by the golden hour.Whether you&#39;re a first-time visitor or a seasoned traveler, the London Eye offers a fantastic way to see the city from above. It&#39;s an iconic and memorable experience!
