fortitude (noun): courage in pain or adversity
In January 2021 the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) museum created a survey to collect and record the experiences of RCP members and other healthcare professionals working during the COVID-19 pandemic.
From trainee doctors and consultants to GPs and physician associates, survey respondents from over 20 medical specialties and professions described how their lives were transformed. With their permission, the RCP is privileged to share their experiences, in their own words. 
These stories may be challenging to read and hear. They are honest and speak of suffering, chaos and exhaustion. They are also inspiring, filled with compassion, courage and joy. Some stories may contradict our own understanding of the pandemic, and others caution and urge us to learn from these experiences.
The objects, images, written accounts and recordings in the exhibition were donated to the RCP via the survey, and the quotes are taken directly from donations.

I strongly recommend at least one day at the British Museum. We arranged a visit to the British Museum on the last day of our 10-day tour of the UK. We found that the three hours we arranged were too little. Fortunately, we participated in the tour group of Teacher Bilan. Through the wonderful explanation of the teacher, we learned a lot of the history and origin of the cultural relics that were previously vague. Let us have a vivid humanities and history lesson at the British Museum. We saw the long-awaited Ru kiln and Tang Sancai, and witnessed the exquisite memory of Chinese historical relics. Teacher Bilan also uploaded a few photos of the Ru kiln after the team ended, which allowed me to retain a precious memory and beautiful photos despite the regret.

Westminster Abbey

After watching the Buckingham Palace changing ceremony, we arrived at Westminster Abbey. There were a lot of people in the queue, about an hour and a half before entering the church. There is a interpreter at the door, you can choose Chinese. Follow the team and the interpreter is also explained. My favorite is the Matisse-style painting window. The staff in the church is very high quality and the temperament is very good, which is awe-inspiring.

This time I brushed it twice. This time I took my family to sit together. It felt really good overlooking half of London and the Thames. The only fly in the ointment was that the weather was not good enough, and the scenery was too far from sunny and cloudy.

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious inside, but you are not allowed to take photos, you can only take photos outside. When I entered, I took a photo but was stopped by the staff. Knowing the daily life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
