As you know, the Parent Resource Centre (PRC) is dedicated to supporting families in Ottawa by providing valuable resources, programs, and services.
As a parent who has experienced our services firsthand, we believe your input is essential in shaping the future of the Parent Resource Centre. We invite you to join one of our upcoming Focus Groups taking place in May where you can share your valuable insights on our programs and services, community engagement, and how we can better address the needs and challenges faced by parents in Ottawa.
Our Focus Groups are an important part of our ongoing efforts to engage with our community, listen to your feedback, and continuously improve our offerings. Your input plays a vital role in ensuring that we can address the unique needs and challenges faced by local parents and families throughout their parenting journey.

Who Should Attend: 
Parents/Caregivers of children 0-18
Duration:
 Approximately 90 minutes
Child Minding Availability*: Child minding will be available onsite at 300 Goulburn Crescent during the in-person dates as noted above, and will take place in the PRC’s EarlyON playroom, supervised by Registered Early Childhood Educators.

Rideau Hall

The Governor General of Canada is the highest leader of the country and the representative of the British monarch in Canada. The Governor General&#39;s Palace is free to visit, but reservations are required in advance. There are staff to guide you through the tour and give explanations, which takes about an hour. There is a bronze statue of Queen Elizabeth II riding a horse on the roundabout outside the gate.

The Byward neighborhood is centered around the Byward Market, which is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, and a Quanjude store. The stalls in the Byward Market are small, and they sell food, clothing, handicrafts, and tourist souvenirs. On one side of the market is Obama&#39;s Internet celebrity bakery, and on the other side is a cafe and chocolate chain Rocky Mountain.
