Welcome to the Fourth Annual First in Flight Gone Bad Competition, taking place at the impressive colosseum of First in Flight Athletics in Wendell, NC. This highly anticipated event promises to be bigger and better than ever before. With outdoor space available, participants can expect an exhilarating workout outside.

Teams of two, consisting of male-male (MM), female-female (FF), or male-female (MF) pairs, can compete in various divisions including Rx, Intermediate, and Scaled. The RX division will challenge athletes with weights and movements from the CrossFit Open, ensuring a true test of strength and skill. Expect to showcase your proficiency in exercises such as thrusters, cleans, overhead squats, snatches, push jerks, Assault Bike, rowing, chest-to-bar pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and rope climbs.

For those who find themselves in the middle and undecided whether to compete in the scaled or Rx division, the Intermediate division provides the perfect balance. This division caters to individuals with 1-3 years of experience and offers similar movements to Rx, with weights adjusted to suit your skill level.

If you're comfortable with movements like thrusters, power cleans, power snatches, burpees, and DB power snatches, the Scaled division is ideal. This division excludes certain advanced movements such as chest-to-bar pull-ups, double unders, legless rope climbs, full snatches, and pistols. The finals in the Scaled division may include slightly higher difficulty movements, so be prepared to push your limits.

It is essential to participate in the appropriate division to ensure fair competition. Sandbagging is discouraged, as teams often mistakenly enter divisions that do not match their skill level. Let's strive for fair play and healthy competition.

Please note that the weights provided below are a range of what to expect, rather than specific requirements for each movement. Depending on the workout, there may be a low number of repetitions with higher weights or vice versa.
