Join Jenny Grant in an exciting mixed media workshop called "Find Your Flow" in the beautiful city of Colorado Springs. This workshop will take place at the Kreuser Gallery on October 21st-22nd, 2023, from 10am to 4pm each day. In this workshop, participants will explore various techniques and types of media, such as acrylic paint, acrylic medium, acrylic ink, and pens, while working on big substrates including paper and stretched canvas. Jenny will guide attendees through her favorite techniques and processes, helping them let go of their self-criticism and embrace the creative process. Participants will learn how to create 'grunge' and overcome attachment to their artwork. The early bird price for the first 10 spots is $495, while the normal price is $525. Please note that art supplies are not included in the price. To make the most of this workshop, Jenny recommends bringing a few essential supplies, such as stretched canvases, mixed media paper, various scraps of papers for collage, acrylic matt medium, acrylic paints, acrylic ink, pencils or charcoal, brushes, a palette knife, stamps, stencils, mark-making tools, a spray bottle, recycled rags, scissors, a make-up sponge, recycled plastic lids, and an apron. Optional supplies include gel pens or paint markers, water-soluble crayons, an old book or journal, and Golden Fluid Acrylics.
