Discover the Fall Break Art Camp, a week-long intensive art experience designed for 3-5 graders. Hosted by Metro Parks Visual Arts, this camp will take place from October 9th to October 13th, 2023, at the Bellevue Regional Community Center in Nashville. Participants will immerse themselves in the world of acrylic painting and hand-building with clay, all while embracing the autumn theme.

During the camp, young artists will have the opportunity to explore their creativity through a variety of activities. For two days, they will learn the art of sculpting and hand-building with clay, followed by two days dedicated to acrylic painting. The last day will be dedicated to completing all projects.

All necessary materials will be provided, ensuring that participants can fully engage in the artistic process. Clay pieces will be fired and available for pick up at a later date, to be announced. The camp will run from 10 am to 2 pm daily, with a 30-minute lunch break at 12 pm. Parents are kindly asked to provide a sack lunch that doesn't require refrigeration or heating.

To participate in this enriching art camp, each child must have a signed consent form. The release waiver will be sent via email for easy completion. Please note that no refunds will be given due to the nature of our discounted community arts programs. Last-minute refunds significantly impact the program, which relies on participation numbers.

[Scenery] Even if you are not a huge country music fan, you can still be attracted by the entertainment factor of this place. I especially like the format of the performances here, as well as the number and range of movements. The entire performance will be broadcast live on the radio. The atmosphere is good, relaxed, friendly, and classic American music can also be heard. There is a small drawback, that is, the price of drinks is too high. If the price is reasonable, I believe more will be sold.
