This bi-weekly group run is open to all levels of runners and provides a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow fitness enthusiasts in the Arvada community. The event will commence at the renowned Colorado Tap House, located at 14982 West 69th Avenue, Arvada, CO 80007. Participants will gather at this central meeting point before embarking on an invigorating out-and-back run along the picturesque Ralston Creek trail. 

Following the run, attendees can enjoy a well-deserved socializing session at the tap house. This is an ideal occasion to unwind, relax, and engage in meaningful conversations with like-minded individuals. Whether you are a seasoned runner or just starting your fitness journey, the F45 Run Club welcomes all individuals who share a passion for running and a commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
