Join the exciting series of workshops in Swansea, funded by the Creating Opportunities Across Swansea Together (COAST) grant from Swansea Council. Aimed at individuals over 50, these activities are designed to encourage social interaction, awaken creativity, and promote self-expression. Although open to under 50s as well, charges will apply for participation. Participants will have the opportunity to explore a variety of artistic mediums and combine them to create unique artwork. Through conversation and idea sharing, social interaction will be fostered. The workshops provide a fun and engaging way to experiment with new materials and styles, allowing participants to expand their artistic horizons. Each session will focus on a different medium and is stand-alone, providing flexibility for attendees. All necessary materials will be provided. Explore the possibilities of collage, oil pastels, block printing, sgraffito, resists, and stencils. Book your place now and choose the appropriate ticket option: FREE for those over 50 who meet the funding requirements or PAID for individuals under 50 who do not qualify. Additionally, you have the option to make a donation to support our craft and wellbeing activities. Please note that this donation does not count as a booking ticket. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed for promotional purposes. If you have any concerns, please address them with our staff or tutors on the day of the event.
