Join the EPIC Ladies Weekend in Flagler, a mountain biking extravaganza filled with adrenaline-pumping adventures and camaraderie. This action-packed event, taking place from October 20th to October 22nd in Palm Coast, promises an unforgettable experience for all participants. 

The excitement starts on Friday with a mountain bike clinic at Graham Swamp, exclusively limited to 10 lucky ladies. This clinic offers a dedicated focus on climbing and descending techniques, shifting while climbing, trail awareness, choosing the best lines, and conquering rocky terrains. Gain the confidence to tackle advanced trails with ease!

As the weekend unfolds, Friday evening welcomes all attendees to a delightful happy hour meet and greet, where you can collect your exclusive SWAG. Limited to a total of 50 ladies, the EPIC Ladies Weekend boasts a schedule tailored to thrill-seekers. 

On Saturday, kickstart the day with a meetup at BINGS LANDING, located at 5900 N Ocean Shore Blvd, Palm Coast. Look out for the unicorn signs to guide you! After a quick breakfast, get ready for a full day of riding and hanging out at the picturesque Mala Compra. Catch your breath during a catered lunch at the trailhead, where you'll have a chance to display your creativity in a costume contest. 

In the evening, gather at Coquina Coast Brewing Co. for some well-deserved refreshments and socializing. Your first beer or non-alcoholic drink is on us, and if you're hungry, feel free to order food from the brewery.

Sunday offers two ride options: Graham Swamp trailhead or Mala Compra. Don't worry if you're a beginner or feeling intimidated, as there will be experienced trail leaders and sweepers to provide guidance and support. After the ride, keep the fun going with beach time and wine slushies at the Flagler Beachfront Winery. 

Your registration includes an awesome SWAG bag, trailhead aid stations, snacks and drinks on Saturday and Sunday, a catered lunch on Saturday, one complimentary beer or drink on Saturday night, discounted wine slushy at the winery, riding tips from expert coaches, and trail leaders and sweepers throughout the weekend.
