Every event will feature a different theme usually around your physical, mental and emotional well-being. Words weaved into the meditation will formulate a guided intentional experience that is both healing and relaxing. I'm usually guided intuitively what to bring my attention to. Therapeutic Sound soothes, calms, and quietens the mind, triggering your body's own innate ability to self-regulate and heal. The sound frequencies and vibrations emitted will bathe your mind, body and soul back toward a greater state of wellness and equilibrium. For the remainder of 2024, and so for the next 4 sessions at least, we will be working with BIG CATS. For those of you that regularly attend my sound baths know by now that I adore working with animals and the natural world. They have so much to teach us in a world full of chaos right now! Why Big Cats? I've no idea! When an idea comes to me I just go with it, see what happens and learn and explore during the process . Just as I had working withBird Energy, it is my hope that you will feel so inclined to join me on this journey also! I can tell you that Big Cats encapsulate the energy and fortitude of strength, agility, power, determination, self preservation, and so much more. The individual species come with their own character strengths. It is my hope that connecting with these majestic creatures we too can harness our own inner strengths, determination and enhanced assertiveness. On May 21, I took my parents to visit the British Museum. The tour guide was enthusiastic and professional. If I didn&#39;t have a tour guide, I might have finished the tour in half an hour. The main reason was that I didn&#39;t learn history and geography well. With the guide&#39;s explanation, the three hours passed very quickly. This is my second time to book Ctrip&#39;s tour guide service to visit the British Museum. I still feel unsatisfied. The first time I came, I also booked Ctrip&#39;s tour guide service, which was very good.

After watching the Buckingham Palace changing ceremony, we arrived at Westminster Abbey. There were a lot of people in the queue, about an hour and a half before entering the church. There is a interpreter at the door, you can choose Chinese. Follow the team and the interpreter is also explained. My favorite is the Matisse-style painting window. The staff in the church is very high quality and the temperament is very good, which is awe-inspiring.

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious inside, but you are not allowed to take photos, you can only take photos outside. When I entered, I took a photo but was stopped by the staff. Knowing the daily life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
