Join us in celebrating the traditional May festival of the British Isles : BELTANE !
Beltane celebrates the 
bountiful height of spring
 and the flowering of life! Embracing the element of fire and the spirit of passion it honours inner and outer sacred union! It is the 
gateway to summer
, the strengthening of the sun and bright, warm days ahead!
We gather to connect in sharing circles and creative activities, weave together in movement with a live ceilidh band, share our voices in song and celebrate life with our DJs! Note, this is a sober and drug free event!

PARKING
Pay and display limited to 4 hours on some adjacent streets. FREE parking on Hollingbury Rise West and a pocket of roads around there. Also free parking from 3pm from Friar Road going north.

TICKETS
Limited numbers of concession tickets are available in advance at £20. General admission is £24 and Pay it Forward is £28. All tickets on the door are £30. Children 12 and Under are free. 12-18 year olds £10. Limited evening only tickets at £15.

Refunds are available unti 7 days before the event.
BRIGHTON CEILIDH COLLECTIVE
We are really excited to have arranged a private ceilidh with an incredible local group!
Since 2014 Brighton Ceilidh Collective have been one of the lynchpins of the area’s ceilidh dancing scene, with our regular public ceilidhs, known as Rants as well as playing at over a hundred weddings and parties.
We pride ourselves in being open to all dancers, experienced or not. It’s not worrying about getting the dance steps perfect, but instead offering you the freedom to throw yourself headlong into the party no matter how many left feet you may have. Ceilidh is simply the best way of getting together and letting yourself go.
Our talented musicians play a mix of fabulous music from Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales as well as awesome tunes from much further afield.
It’s about the fun of people dancing together, whether they have known each other for years, or just met at the ceilidh.

CYPRESS SELECTIONS
Rooted in the divinity of the natural world, Cypress Selections (Ben) invites you to embark on a bass-heavy and conscious journey through the foundational music of Roots, Reggae and Dub. The journey will be interspersed with original productions, live instruments and nature soundscapes.
ALARA
Alara an artist who loves to play different kind of sounds, from different parts of the world: hypnotic drums, tribal sounds, Middle Eastern & world music - Alara & some friends been creating tribal dance sessions offering a creative expressive journey through sound, words and movement.
CURATED BY ECSTATIC DANCE BRIGHTON!
We run regular Ecstatic Dance sessions across Brighton; free dance and movement to artistically curated sound journeys by DJs. Liberating, cathartic and fun!

Had my first date here with my partner and we hadthe best time. An amazing aquarium with abeautiful atmosphere, lights and gorgeouscreatures! I love animals and fish and seeing themhere was wonderful. Staff were lovely and veryknowledgeable. The place was clean, easy tonavigate and extremely ambient and beautiful. We went on a Thursday afternoon so was pretty quiet!

One of the best piers in the South of England. There is lots to do with tons of seaside rides, fun arcade games and food. Highly recommend catching the sunset here and if you&rsquo;re lucky you might catch the starlings dancing at dusk, I didn&rsquo;t know they do this and it was the most spectacular striking and stunning natural phenomenon I had seen, it was mesmerising. Highest chances of seeing the starlings dance is between November-March, we visited in early March
