How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

What time does the event start?
Registration opens at 9.00 am, when you'll be able to sign up for your workshops, which will be filled on a first come first served basis. The conference starts promptly at 10.00 am and will finish at 4.00 pm.
How can I pay for my place?
There is an option to pay by card or we can send you an invoice. Just click on the drop down arrow to select your preference.
What's the refund policy?
Full refunds can be given 30 days before the event (28 May 2025). After this date no refunds can be offered, but a substitute can be made.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It would be helpful if you bring your printed ticket to the event, so that we can scan your attendance.
Can I update my registration information?

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Is there anywhere close by to park?
The University is located within a 5 minute walk of the railway station, but if you need to drive into the City Centre the APCOA car park is located on Eyre Street, just a short walk from Charles Street Building. The University has a special full day rate of £7.50. Just bring your blue token along with you to validate at reception. More details about the car park can be found here:

When can do I choose my workshops?
You'll be able to choose the workshops you'd like to attend after you've registered on the day. Registration opens at 9.00 am and workshops will be filled on a first come first served basis. If you have a particular workshop that you would like to take part in, please arrive early to make sure you aren't disappointed.
