Dragon Boat Racing is a great way to build fitness, strength and endurance and make new friends as part of a fast and competitive team sport. We are recruiting new members for 2025 so if you want to try something a bit different, come and give it a go! Get your first 2 sessions for just £20. FAQ's I've never done dragon boating before, does that matter? No! No experience is necessary and we will provide all of the equipment you need. Do you have a minimum age requirement? You must be over the age of 18 to participate. When can I use my two trial sessions? After you first session, your remaining trial session must be taken on a Saturday within the next six weeks. Are there any further charges? No. we offer two trial sessions for £20 so you can decide if you wish to become member of Kingston Royals Dragon Boat Club. How do I get to you? Is there parking? Free parking is available at the club or the nearest train station is Hampton Wick - (approx 15min walk away). What should I bring? You should wear clothes/general sportswear that you don't mind getting splashed (no jeans) - trainers are fine. You may wish to bring a small bottle of water to take out on the session and it's advisable to bring a set of dry clothes to change into afterwards. We will provide all the equipment you need. What if I can't attend? Please contact kingston.royalsdbc@gmail.com and we can transfer you to the next available introduction session.
