Join Velo Square at the FREE Dr. Bike Clinic - Horsham, taking place at the Horsham Carfax in Horsham, West Sussex. This clinic is part of Cycling UK's 'Big Bike Revival' initiative and has been funded by Active Travel England. Supported by the Horsham District Council and Horsham District Neighbourhood Wardens, this event aims to promote bike safety and offer free bike safety checks and minor repairs by expert mechanics.

This event is scheduled for Thursday, December 7, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and appointments are required. During your 30-minute appointment, an expert bike mechanic will inspect your adult bike and make any necessary minor adjustments and repairs to ensure it is safe to ride. A full inspection and work report will be provided for every bike worked on.

Please note that appointments are limited to one per household and only one bike is permitted per appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to work on children's bikes at this clinic. It is important to arrive on time for your appointment as late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, please inform us in advance so that we can offer it to someone else.

While we strive to provide a comprehensive service within the 30-minute time frame, there may be instances where additional work is required. In such cases, we will refer you to a local provider who can provide an estimate for the necessary work. Please be aware that any further work needed will be at your own expense.

For the safety of both attendees and staff, we kindly ask that you do not attend if you have tested positive for coronavirus, have been advised to self-isolate, or have any other illness that may be transmitted to others. Additionally, please be aware that components may occasionally fail during the course of the work and we cannot accept responsibility for such failures.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide at least 24 hours notice. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer it to someone else.
