Join U.N.I.T.E. Together for the Downtown Phoenix Fun Run on February 23rd, right before the DTF Expo! To secure your spot, a minimum donation of $1 is required. This 5k Run/Walk event aims to raise funds to support student trips to SkillsUSA state and national-level competitions. SkillsUSA is a US career and technical student organization that caters to over 395,000 high school, college, and middle school students, as well as professional members in various trade, technical, and skilled service occupations, including the print industry.

We welcome participants of all fitness levels to join us for this exciting event. However, please note that there are limited spots available, so be sure to reserve your place today! At registration, kindly contribute what you wish, with a $1 minimum donation required to check out and register. We highly appreciate any higher donations you can make to help us further our cause.

If you're a business looking to support us, consider sponsoring a team member (or two!) for $100. This generous contribution will significantly aid the U.N.I.T.E. Together cause. Remember, this event is limited to 40 runners/walkers.

Here's the schedule for the day:
- 7:45 a.m.: Meet at the front entrance of the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown
- 8:00 a.m.: Get ready to hit the ground running!
- 9:00 a.m.: Celebrate your achievement with high-fives all around!

For parking, you have the option of on-site parking at the Sheraton for $32 a day (self-park) or $44 a day (valet). Metered and garage parking are also available.

This is a really big park. I took the canal path from the south end to the north end and stopped at Hole in the Rock, which took about an hour. A great place to relax, exercise and have a picnic. I loved the change between the green areas around the lake and the dry areas filled with cacti. And was amazed by the bird life around. It does get very hot so wear sunscreen and bring plenty of water.

The trees are beautiful and unusual. The cactus is very big and taller than many people. You must come and visit. It is beautiful and has a desert-style atmosphere.

Phoenix Zoo is located in Tempe Arizona and it is by far one of the best zoos I have been to. There are many attractions to the zoo like the wildlife. Phoenix Zoo has places like sea life walk where you can go see the sea life. The have a trail called Desert trail where you can see all the desert animals. they also have an area where you can see all the flowers in Arizona. they have a kid&#39;s land for just the kids they have a water park for the kids the animals that you see are mainly ones that you would see in a safari because it is a desert. Arizona You Don&#39;t See Much of like polar bears. it&#39;s a great little Zoo it&#39;s not too big not too little and I highly suggest if you&#39;re going to go to the Phoenix Zoo do not go in the summer I would plan to come in the winter where is more nice not so hot and you&#39;ll see a lot more animals than if you were to come in the summer it is 120&deg; here in Arizona during the summer and in the winter it gets up to about 70&deg; during the day so be a perfect time to come in the Winter.

Chase Field is a baseball club venue. Some of the facilities here are quite interesting. It is a good choice for baseball culture and sports. It is also a good choice to come to this stadium for fun. There are also many supporting facilities around it.

You can see the sunrise and sunset of Phoenix here
I went there twice this year
I arrived at around 8am in March to see the blue sky and wild flowers
I arrived at around 5am in June to see many tourists waiting for the sunrise
This place is right next to the zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden

Travel route
Bring breakfast and watch the sunrise and have breakfast at the Cave in the Stone
Then go to the Desert Botanical Garden at around 8am to see all kinds of desert plants and animals
At noon, have a good meal at the restaurant in the botanical garden
If you like, go to the zoo in the afternoon (but I don&#39;t like it)
