Who is Dj Shinski?
Dj Shinski, also known as Shirin Kamau, is an up-and-coming artist from Kenya. He is an electronic music producer and DJ specializing in house and techno. Dj Shinski has been behind the decks for over a decade, crafting unique sounds that draw from multiple genres. His passion for music and unique blend of styles has made him one of the most popular DJs in Kenya.
Early Career
Dj Shinski began his career in 2009, playing local clubs and parties in Nairobi. He quickly gained a following among the city’s club goers and began to expand his sound by playing festivals and clubs across East Africa. In 2014 he released his first EP, “The Return of the King”, which was met with critical acclaim. Since then he has released several EPs and singles which have been featured on numerous compilations and radio shows.
