Dive In!: Guest Workshops with Lauren Berning If you've got a desire to strengthen your improv tool belt, we present to you two deep dive workshops. We'll spend the morning working on clairty of mime and how defining space can add many layers to you improv. Then in the afternoon we'll focus on ways to open and close your scenes. Classes often focus on the scene contents, in this class we'll work only on how to get going and draw your audience in, and how to find the right moments to close your scenes.
Both sessions are appropriate for short of longform lovers!
1 day, 2 workshops. Join for either half day, or for the full day.
These classes are perfect for improvisers who want to take their skills to the next level. Morning: Mime & Space
Explore the power of physicality! Learn to create vivid environments and characters through mime and space work. This workshop provides practical tools for creating clear and dynamic improv scenes. Add new dimensions to your improv!
Afternoon: Beginnings & Endings
Master the art of impactful scene starts and satisfying endings. Learn to hook your audience and leave them wanting more! This half-day intensive will equip you with tools to create engaging openings and satisfying conclusions. About Lauren
Lauren Berning has been doing improv for almost 30 years. She has a degree in Theatre and Performing Arts and brings a mixture of acting passion and improvvy love to her work. Her training spans the globe, and she's worked with some of the world's best improvisers, from the cast of Whose Line is it Anyway, to Keith Johnstone, and more!
Lauren founded TBC Improv in the UK in 2009, then brought the brand to Hong Kong, and finally Spain. Her classes are highly personalised to everyone who walks in the door, with individualised feedback and specific take away ideas. Come play, learn and have FUN!

The park is perfect for families with young children. It&#39;s not very big, but there are many attractions suitable for younger kids! If you avoid holidays, you can easily see all the attractions in one day! We even went on some of the rides twice! Definitely worth a visit.

It was truly a worthwhile trip! I&#39;d been looking forward to the Hong Kong Palace Museum for so long. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the final exhibition hall, Hall 7, was particularly special, offering a truly immersive experience. I saw so many exquisite pieces from the Ming and Qing dynasties, each one captivating and making me reluctant to leave. There&#39;s a viewing platform on the third floor with a beautiful view, perfect for taking photos. Go early to enjoy the sea view before the museum opens, watching the ships go by and feeling the sea breeze &ndash; it&#39;s so relaxing! Remember to arrive early and allow plenty of time, as you&#39;ll need a significant amount of time to appreciate the collection.
