Join the Death x Life Huddle Showcase in London for an evening of creative exploration into our relationships with death, loss, and grief. This unique event invites attendees to give themselves the space and permission to get curious about these challenging topics. Over the past six months, a group of twelve curious individuals have been embarking on a journey together, guided by Huddlecraft, to explore questions surrounding death and its connection to life. Prepare to be amazed as they share their findings and insights at the SLOWcase. 

At the event, interactive exhibitions will be offered, allowing participants to engage with the themes of death, loss, and grief. Attendees can play with tarot cards, create ancestor bottles, or engage in deep conversations with strangers. The event will foster a sense of community, as Huddlers offer performances, reflections, and rituals that have emerged from their explorations. As the evening comes to a close, gather around the fire for a beautiful ending to the day, where songs, sounds, and gentle socializing will create a warm and intimate atmosphere. 

The showcase will take place at Oasis Farm Waterloo, an inner city oasis located between Waterloo Station and St Thomas' Hospital. The event will be held in an open barn and outside around the fire, so it is recommended to dress warmly and bring a blanket if possible. The schedule for the evening includes exploring interactive exhibitions upon arrival, followed by live performances, fireside chats, and opportunities to connect. The event will conclude by 7:30pm. 

Tickets for the Death x Life Huddle Showcase are priced between £5-£15 per person, with any excess funds going to charity. Attendees are encouraged to select a ticket price that aligns with their individual capacity and economic context. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to the organizers for assistance. The event aims to create a kind and gentle space for participants to connect and explore their emotions surrounding death, loss, and grief. Support will be available throughout the evening, and attendees are encouraged to prioritize their well-being. 

The showcase is facilitated by a diverse group of individuals from various backgrounds and disciplines. Although not a form of therapy, the event may provide a therapeutic experience for some. The facilitators have designed the event with a trauma-aware lens and will provide information and resources that have supported their own journeys.

I strongly recommend at least one day at the British Museum. We arranged a visit to the British Museum on the last day of our 10-day tour of the UK. We found that the three hours we arranged were too little. Fortunately, we participated in the tour group of Teacher Bilan. Through the wonderful explanation of the teacher, we learned a lot of the history and origin of the cultural relics that were previously vague. Let us have a vivid humanities and history lesson at the British Museum. We saw the long-awaited Ru kiln and Tang Sancai, and witnessed the exquisite memory of Chinese historical relics. Teacher Bilan also uploaded a few photos of the Ru kiln after the team ended, which allowed me to retain a precious memory and beautiful photos despite the regret.

After watching the Buckingham Palace changing ceremony, we arrived at Westminster Abbey. There were a lot of people in the queue, about an hour and a half before entering the church. There is a interpreter at the door, you can choose Chinese. Follow the team and the interpreter is also explained. My favorite is the Matisse-style painting window. The staff in the church is very high quality and the temperament is very good, which is awe-inspiring.

This was my second visit, this time with my family. It was great to overlook half of London and the Thames. The only drawback was the weather was not good enough. The scenery was very different on sunny and cloudy days.

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious, but it is not allowed to take pictures. It can only be taken outside. When entering, a photo was taken and was stopped by the staff. Knowing the life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
