"Have you seen your soul?" As the first solo concert in David Tao's music career, Soul Power Tour is a musical experience deeply engraved in the memory of those who have experienced it in person or later felt the shock in the live album and film. It is also a classic in the history of concerts in the eyes of music critics. There are no colorful makeup and costumes, dazzling sound and light effects, only rich soul power and full of musical touch. After 20 years, David Tao officially launched the Soul Power II World Tour, which will once again bring the pure and profound musical touch of "Soul Power" to you. 
Tao Zhe once again started the tour under the name of "Soul Power", which is full of meaning to both himself and his fans. For Tao Zhe, "Soul Power II" is not a remake or upgraded version of the concert that year, but after going through the musical journey over the years and seeing all kinds of ups and downs, he aims to find the "music basis" and "soul essence" of live concerts, and create a new touch and experience that belongs to this era, dedicated to the current "Soul Power II" concert. 
The opportunity for the Soul Power II World Tour came from the fact that since the 25th anniversary concert of Bring The Light In, Tao Zhe released new songs in 2023, including "Songs the Whole World Can Sing" and "Deserved", and re-recorded "Quicksand" and "I'm OK" with the concept of "Re-Imagined". During the intensive activities and performances, he was surprised that many young fans born in the 1990s and 2000s knew his works like the back of their hands, even though these songs were almost the same age as them. He was curious about this phenomenon, but at the same time he also understood that good music can indeed break the limitations of time, region, and interpersonal relationships, and that a touch of music that goes deep into the soul is meaningful and valuable, so he decided to bring back the spirit of "Soul Power" and invest in the world tour that is being planned. 
In addition to facing a new era and new audiences, Tao Zhe also found a new generation of outstanding musicians to cooperate in the Soul Power II World Tour. Fergus Chow, who was the music director of Khalil Fong, A-lin, and A-Tia Yuen concerts, and is also a well-known producer, composer, and arranger, serves as the music director. Guitarist Derrick Sepnio, keyboardist Terrence Hsieh, and harmony master Brandi are all excellent musicians who have been nominated for awards many times and are at the producer level. Guitarist Jamie Wilson and drummer Tony Parker, who have been long-term music partners with David Tao, are also in the lineup of musicians, forming an international music team together, which makes people look forward to the collision of wonderful music sparks. 
Since his debut, he has only released 7 complete albums and has accumulated countless classic tracks. In the "Re-Imagined" series of works released in 2023, David Tao has re-arranged and recorded the classic works to inject a new soul into them, so that one day on a bigger stage, he can output greater power and touch to the fans on the scene. This spirit will soon be realized in the "Soul Power II World Tour". "Find Myself", "Black Orange", "Small Town Girl", "Ordinary Friends", "Everyday", "Butterfly", "10:30 at the Airport", "Beach", "Melody", "Lonely Season"... and other songs that fans are clamoring for are all expected to be re-imagined. In addition, some surprise songs that have not been performed in concerts for a long time may appear. And with Tao Zhe's other annual plan for 2024: the eighth solo album that has been prepared for nearly 4 years will be officially released soon. Fans who participate in "Soul Power II" will have the opportunity to witness the first performance of the new song at the concert.

This place has so much to see and so much to know way beyond my understanding about GuangZhou city history. We paid extra CNY 88for  Vr and MR experience which make this visit more interesting and fun. I strongly recommend it as I usually find visiting museum boring half way through but this experience made a difference.

Guangdong people have lived in vain if they haven&#39;t been to Baishuizhai. The water here is really white, the air is fresh, the ecology is well protected, and I met many cute little squirrels along the way.
