OLIVER is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher, trained in New York City by 5 Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth and her son Jonathan Horan. His background includes sacred movements and seated meditation in the direct lineage of G.I. Gurdjieff and a dedicated yoga practice (Teacher Certified by Richard Freeman). Oliver also is a musician. He has been based in Berlin and New York City, teaching the 5Rhythms and running his own business. ** All of Oliver’s classes and workshops hours count toward 5Rhythms Teacher Training prerequisites.** JOHN's passion is supporting individuals and teams in development processes . On an individual level, his contribution lies in personal development and on a collective level in systemic approaches. He offers support on these topics as a process facilitator, trainer & coach. If you&rsquo;ve already made it to Berlin, I highly recommend climbing the stairs to the top of the Berlin Cathedral for the panoramic view. However, it really depends on your luck&mdash;during my visit the dome was under major renovation, and most of the view was blocked.Be prepared: the staircase has many steps, and the walkway at the top is quite narrow. When it gets crowded, you can&rsquo;t stay up there for long. For the best experience, I suggest visiting after you&rsquo;ve explored most of Berlin&rsquo;s major sights&mdash;seeing the city you just walked through spread out beneath you makes the view even more rewarding.

Charlottenburg Palace is beautifully preserved and gives you a real sense of Prussian royal life. The gardens are also very pleasant for a walk, especially in good weather.One important tip: tickets can sell out quickly, and timed entry is strictly managed. I highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance to ensure a smooth visit and the best experience.
